Now its time to do the history!

Motorcycle Museum Finland was opened 28th of May 2011.

Located lakeside in the city of Lahti  -the museum opened alongside Ace Corner Finland. A part of the building was constructed in 1959 and it was used as a drying house for wood. The building was renovated and expanded respecting the original style. Even the architecture itself is well worth visiting.

Motorcycle Museum of Finland is more than what usually is meant by ”museum”. It is a place to enjoy, visit often and visit from all around the world. Gorgeous motorcycles, variable exhibitions and themes interest internationally. Besides significant collection of motorcycles, there are plenty of other things eg. books and suits from the beginning of the century all the way until the 80s. The museum is thus about to become a real experience which interests also non-motorists.

The whole of the museum project is unique also for it is built mainly in the old time “voluntary spirit” - more than 100 associates from different industries have contributed in the form of donations and labour to make this dream come true.

The Motorcycle Museum is actively developing Ruoriniemi-Mukkula lakeside. The unique lakeside of Vesijärvi is being cleaned constantly and the aim is to continue the popular harbour area all the way till Mukkula and the Museum.

Alongside the Museum there is Ace Corner Finland, which is a part of the legendary Ace Café London. The Ace Corner Finland is also hosting the first fully functional Rockers Restaurant and Cafe with over fifty various events and meets planned. Ace Corner Finland Lahti is already fast establishing itself as a home and destination for all who love petrol and speed!
